Research Interests
- Investigating the influence of chemical mixtures on immune cells, their interaction with the placenta, and the maternal-fetal chemical exposure's effects on the unborn child's immune system and health, with a focus on reducing animal models.
- Advancing co-culturing 3D models of the human placenta, including barrier models, spheroids, and organoids.
